 Trip went great, Within the first 24 hrs of trip observing ITC team handle the logistics of moving us out of airport to planting / latrune  and then hotel check in,   I recalled why I was such an ITC fan.
From there the trip just kept getting better  You have assembled a great team. 
You name it. Tour guides.  Hostess’s at hotels, drivers. And of course Barbara
Not that you needed to but to have one of the people who greeted us at the airport have an Iraqi background like me .ICING on the cake

Confirmation is that many people have come up to me asking about when I can organize another trip for WJC.
If I can help ITC in anyway so other tours can reach the maximum benefit on future trips it is not only good for ITC but for Medinot Yisrael

May I compliment ITC in New Jersey and Israel facilities. Our 8 Day Tour to Israel was a big success for the four ladies. The sites, museums, and activities were all inspiring and stimulating. The tour was enhanced by the professional and knowledgeable guide, Avi Cohen of Jerusalem that gave us so much color and knowledge to enhance the trip. It was a viable and stimulating experience, which is hard to find these days. When arrangements that are made come to fruition we commend the accomplishment.
It is unanimous that Avi deserves 5 Stars for his communication skills and polite behavior. His knowledge and attentiveness kept our antennas up and our sense accurate,

I got back from my trip to Israel yesterday.
Everything was better than wonderful. All the arrangements your office made were spectacular. The hotels were top-notch, the breakfasts and dinner delicious. The rides to and from the airport were right on time, the tour guide was kind, patient, and professional (Aaron Yahav), the bus was a Mercedes, and the whole trip was totally stress and worry free.
I had been dreaming of a trip to Israel for years. I'm glad I went through your agency and that the trip was all that I could have wanted and more.

We just wanted to tell you about our experience on the tour recently completed.  From start to finish, it was first class.  We arrived at Ben Gurion airport and were met by a representative of Diesenhouse.  He ensured that we got our luggage and he drove us to the hotel. We were also assisted back to Ben Gurion when our trip was completed.  A note about the hotels.   From Dan Panorama Tel Aviv to Jerusalem to Eilat, we could not have had any better accommodations.  The staff were very helpful in all locations.  Kibbutz Lavi provided us with great accommodations as well.  On Sunday we were met by our tour guide Israel Garfinkle who led us on a very active tour, usually starting early in the morning and not returning until early evening.  He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative.  The best thing we can say about him was that he truly is a mensch. We were able to travel the length and bredth of Israel, and felt that he was able to share with us information that could not be accessed just through books.  The tour included people from across Canada, the USA and even a couple from Australia.  Touring Petra (in 40C) was just unbelievable.
We want to thank you for setting up a truly enjoyable tour, and we will certainly share our experiences (and ITC) with our friends and acquaintances.
